Deze wijn heeft kruidige en frisse aroma’s met een hint van kruisbessen, witte bloesem en het tropische fruit dat de Verdejo typeert. Frisse, sappige en fruitige smaak met een zachte, elegante afdronk.

De wijngaarden van Copaboca liggen dicht bij de stad Torrecilla de la Abadesa, in de provincie Valladolid, binnen een vogel-natuurreservaat. Vanwege de duurzame verticutering worden de wijnen gecertificeerd als Green Wines. Dankzij een innovatief en kwalitatief wijnbouwproces kunnen de wilde dieren en het natuurbeschermingsbeleid goed samen gaan met de wijngaard Copaboca. Wij dragen met de Copaboca een deel af ter behoeve van vogelbescherming in het omliggende natuurgebied.
